A long-time advocate for addressing building repair, Jo will discuss tenement repair and maintenance, of which buildings insurance is an important aspect.

With more than 25 years of experience as a private client and fine art insurance broker in London and Edinburgh, Alexandra specialises in evaluating, analysing, brokering, and providing tailored insurance solutions. Alexandra will be discussing the importance of insuring the common areas of your tenement building, and how to ensure you have the correct individual insurance policy for your needs.
The presentations will be followed by a Q&A session, where you will have the chance to ask the experts about your tenement maintenance and individual buildings insurance needs. This event will focus on individual building insurance policies; a separate webinar focusing on block policies will take place later this year.
