In partnership with Glasgow City Council, we will talk you through the common repairs process, helping you understand proper procedures and enforcement options. Our second session will explain best practice when dealing with damp and mould in tenement buildings. We will also hear from Duncan Thomson about Glasgow City Council’s Scheme of Assistance and how this can help with the management and payment of common repairs. Tea and coffee will be provided, and the presentations will be followed by a Q&A session with our tenement expert, Jacqueline Omoniyi. Glasgow City Council staff will also be on hand to help with your questions.
