Awaab’s Law is coming to Scotland in October. It is an important piece of new legislation which will change how landlords must tackle damp and mould in their properties. We will be sharing our expertise on how to identify and treat damp and mould, both in your own flat and in common areas of your building. We will also be explaining Awaab’s Law, and the new obligations landlords need to be aware of.
The presentation will be followed by a Q&A session with our Education and Training Officer, where you will have the chance to ask questions about your own tenement building.
