Factors and Govanhill flats: Free information session with Greater Govanhill Magazine

Working with a factor can have lots of benefits for tenement flat owners. But some tenement owners feel let down by the service they provide, and don’t know what options are available to ensure their property manager is following the direction of the owners.
We’ve teamed up with Greater Govanhill Magazine to offer tenement owners in Govanhill a free seminar on getting the best out of their factor. Find out about the factor’s and owners’ roles and responsibilities in managing building repairs and maintenance, and how to resolve common issues faced by owners in factored buildings. We’ll also be providing information on how to challenge poor service and, if needed, switch factors.
