Working together with your neighbours to take care of your building can be challenging. It can be tricky to stay in regular contact, make decisions fairly and pay for repairs collectively.
Being part of an owners’ association can make the process much easier. That is why the Scottish Law Commission, and the Scottish Parliament Tenement Maintenance Working Group, have recommended that the Scottish Government introduce mandatory owners’ associations in every tenement building in Scotland.
At this free lunchtime webinar, we will be exploring the benefits of joining an owners’ association, sharing our expertise on how to set one up in your own building, and explaining the proposed changes to the law.
