Under One Roof is Scotland’s only charity providing impartial information to tenement owners and housing professionals on maintenance, repair, and retrofit.

Our staff of four provide support to half a million tenement owners in Scotland, and we do it for free.

Under One Roof is reliant on government and foundation grants to keep our team helping flat owners and housing professionals across Scotland.

But those funds are shrinking, just at a time when the need for information and training for owners and housing professionals is growing.

By making a donation to Under One Roof, you will help increase the information and support that we can provide to owners, and ensure we will be here when you need one-on-one support.

No-one in Scotland does what we do.

Please give what you can to help us keep doing it!
