Visit this 1950s former purpose-built paper warehouse and former home of the University Press, now converted into six apartments by Studio DuB architects in 2002. The original steel beams, brick walls and concrete ceilings are left exposed, and new surface-mounted services are carefully integrated, creating a gutsy, tough yet romantic urban aesthetic.
